Internationally acclaimed Danish artist Tue Greenfort has created a new permanent artwork on Bristol’s Feeder Canal in the form of a functioning Sand Martin roost. This conference, organised by Foreground, launches the project with contributions from the artist, ornothologists and local historians to explore the relationship between ecology, industrial history and global trade.
